Maintenance, Repair & Support Plan
Spindlemedia Inc. is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the products you purchased from our company, please contact Software Support/Melody Goodnight at 817.269.0344 or our Technical Services Line at 800.395.0561. If you are calling after hours, select 1 to leave a message. Prior to 10:00 p.m. central standard time we will return calls within two hour. After 10:00 p.m. central standard time, your call will be answered the next day. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and needs servicing, contact us at 800.395.0561 and we will give you the information you will need to contact them directly.
Customer Support - All support calls are answered by a Spindlemedia, Inc staff member and logged for tracking purposes. All support calls will be responded to in a maximum of 2 hours from the time the call is placed. Normal support hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Extended after hours support is available to technical support staff via pager for emergency situations only. Our Support Staff has extensive backgrounds working in the local government industry and have extensive training to properly assist the customer.
Legislative Compliance - All software systems will be maintained and updated to adhere to Texas State Laws and Codes. New releases will be shipped bi-annually or on an "as needed" basis to maintain legal compliance. Spindlemedia, Inc is active in the legislative process and keeps informed of all upcoming legislation and is continuously updating the system.
Annual Users Conference - Once a year all licensed Spindlemedia, Inc software customers attend a Users Conference to discuss the future development of the software system. Issues such as new legislation and other enhancements that are identified as general enhancements to this system are discussed and reviewed. New products and features are also introduced for discussion and review.
Hardware Maintenance - The maintenance and support for the hardware will be maintained by the hardware manufacturer. (Compaq, Dell, HP). These manufacturers consistently lead the industry in client service satisfaction. Should a problem arise that is unclear to the origination of the problem. (i.e. hardware, software, networking) A Spindlemedia, Inc systems engineer will assist in determining the nature of the problem and assist you in contacting your hardware maintenance technician if necessary.
Contract Services - If you need custom programming changes that are outside the scope of the Spindlemedia, Inc software system. We have a team of programmers that will assess your needs and propose a services contract to develop your custom written software. These proposals are based on a hourly rate and are stated in the pricing tables.
Note: Spindlemedia, Inc. will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued. |
